We do not guarantee outcomes, income, or business results. Our platforms and programs are designed to equip you with the tools, strategy, and mentorship needed to succeed — but your results depend on your effort, decisions, and circumstances.

Pay-As-You-Go Usage:

To keep pricing affordable, the following usage-based fees apply:

Emails: €0.0016/email

SMS/Text: €0.011 per 160-character segment

Phone: Outbound €0.0196/min | Inbound €0.0119/min

Premium Triggers: €0.017 per trigger

Content AI: €0.15/1000 words

Workflow AI: €0.051

Conversation AI: €0.05 per use

All charges are billed monthly in addition to your base subscription.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time unless otherwise stated under our limited guarantee.

10. Guarantee Policy
Power Launch Guarantee:
If after implementing the full launch strategy — including your lead magnet, funnel, automations, and traffic plan — you’ve made zero sales by Week 12, we will offer additional support and, if required, refund your investment in full. You must provide proof of implementation and request a review between Weeks 6–8 to qualify.

11. Refund Policy

All digital products, subscriptions, and coaching programs are non-refundable once purchased unless covered under the Power Launch Guarantee outlined above.

12. Platform Use & Conduct

You agree to use our platforms ethically and lawfully. Abuse, fraudulent behavior, or violations of our terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

These Terms are governed under Dutch law. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
